Usage Policies

Terms of Use of YEO
The following terms apply to all use of YEO. You may use YEO only in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

1. Senders MUST use their real email address. No fictitious email addresses are allowed.

2. No user may ever post a YEO transaction link on any web page, public or private.

3. YEO does not backup any messages so senders must keep a copy of the message if that is important to the sender.

4. When a YEO transaction has expired, the message is permanently removed from the server and can't be recovered. Again, senders must back up all message info sent.

5. YEO is provided as a convenience only. YEO is not responsible or liable for any transmission failures or delays, for loss of data, or for any other loss of any kind or nature. The YEO administrators expressly disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness of a particular purpose. The YEO administrators do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within YEO and make no warranty or representation of any kind regarding any information sent using YEO.

6. YEO will make reasonable efforts to answer questions or resolve problems brought to its attention by users but is not required to provide support to users or to resolve problems arising from use of the application.

7. The YEO administrators reserve the right to revoke a user's privileges at any time for noncompliance with these terms of use.

8. The YEO administrators reserve the right to delete any individual transaction without notice at any time if the transaction fails to comply with these terms of use.

9. The sender may request a receipt email. Senders should verify that they receive this receipt. If they do not, they should verify that they used their proper email address.

10. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. YEO may not be used to send any infringing, illicit, libelous, defamatory or pornographic materials or any other information which the user does not have the right to send.

11. In no event will the administrators of YEO or any other party be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages of any kind (including, without limitation, loss of data) arising out of the use of or inability to use YEO or arising from the content of any information transferred using YEO.
