How do I send a private message?
In developing YEO, we worked hard to create a process that was as simple and intuitive as possible. To send a message, all you need to do is point your browser to http://YeoIt.com/ and fill in the requested information. Please make sure you have signed up first by clicking on the Account/Sign Up link at the bottom of the page.
Step by Step Instructions
First enter your email address. If you would like us to remember your email address so you don't have to enter it each time please check the "remember me" check box. Next time we will fill this in for you automatically. You can change your mind at any time and uncheck the box.
Enter your password you created when you signed up.
Enter the email address of the person you sending the message to. We will check the email address for syntax errors but we can't check for typos errors so please double check this. If you are sending to more than one person; use the + button on the top to add more lines in order to add more email addresses.
Type your message.
You can select for how long your message can be viewed. After this time the message is deleted whether the message has been read or not. Shorter times could be thought of as more secure but longer times allow people to have enough time to get to your message. It is all up to you.
You can select how many times a person can read your message. After that number of reads the message is no longer available to read. If you send your message to multiple people, each person can read the message the number of times you select. Less number of reads could be thought of as more secure but also consider maybe your recipient reads the message when on the go and then wants to read it again when they have more time.
Click the "Send" button to send your message. You will receive a receipt email which allows to to see if you message has been read or you can also recall your message at any time before it expires.
That's it your message is sent. You will see a confirmation page showing all the information you have entered. It is always a good idea to double check the information.
