What is "Allow recipient(s) to copy message text"?
You have the option to allow your recipient(s) to copy and paste your message if they want. By default your message is rendered in such a way that copying it is not allowed. There maybe times you want to allow this. An example could be you are sending someone a serial number that you want them to copy and paste into another program.
Because this is not as secure overall, this checkbox will always reset to unchecked for a new message. There is no way to have this check box remembered.
